Easy-drinking and refreshing. With low IBU’s this is about as light as we get. The German hops are noticeable and ale yeast gives a slight fruitiness. Well-balanced American malts leave a clean and refreshing finish.
A dark amber beer, lush and malty, showing its caramel malts and notes of toffee. Between the profile aroma and finish of this beer, we've brewed a hybrid Dunkel and Marzen, two different German lager styles.
This beer is named after our good friends, Minneapolis band, RED DESERT. Brewers grains and speciality grain give this beer a nice red color and great balance. The cascade and simcoe hops offer a big hop front and a smooth finish, with hints of orange peel and citrus.
This “Pain in the Ass” IPA is light in cooper in color with a nice malt backbone. Cascade, Nugget and Belma hops give it a citrus taste that make it a complex beer which offers hints of orange zest. It is a smooth beer with an unexpected finish.
Subtle, familiar flavors of vanilla and oak are imparted to this special ale as it rests in bourbon barrels from 45th Parallel Distillery. Pleasantly smooth and robust, it can be served as both a before dinner and an after dinner drink.
