Easy-drinking and refreshing. With low IBU’s this is about as light as we get. The German hops are noticeable and ale yeast gives a slight fruitiness. Well-balanced American malts leave a clean and refreshing finish.
A dark amber beer, lush and malty, showing its caramel malts and notes of toffee. Between the profile aroma and finish of this beer, we've brewed a hybrid Dunkel and Marzen, two different German lager styles.
This “Pain in the Ass” IPA is light in cooper in color with a nice malt backbone. Cascade, Nugget and Belma hops give it a citrus taste that make it a complex beer which offers hints of orange zest. It is a smooth beer with an unexpected finish.
We are back with our bourbon barrel Imperial Cave Stout. This time, it’s a single batch barrel aged for 1 year in a barrel from 45th Parallel. With hints of vanilla and oak, it’s a smooth and robust stout that is accompanied by a big bourbon flavor. Extremely limited so get it before it’s gone.
