Hoffe Hefe Hefeweizen
$15A light hefeweizen with notes of citrus and lemon. Perfect for those hot summer days.
West Side Popper Jalapeno Cream Ale
$15A very unique and flavorful pepper beer! Smoked jalapenos give this beer some jalapeno flavor and bit of smoke, but without the heat. Easy drinkability, great with tacos.
Son of Eric Cream Ale
$15Smooth and easy drinking! Lightly toasted malts with low hops. Pale blonde in color.
Great Pumpkin
$15An easy drinking pumpkin ale, lightly malted with very low hops. This one is more pumpkin pie than pumpkin spice.
Hail Summer Ale
$15Easy-drinking and refreshing. With low IBU’s this is about as light as we get. The German hops are noticeable and ale yeast gives a slight fruitiness. Well-balanced American malts leave a clean and refreshing finish.

Imperial Cave Stout
$25Big, bold and beautiful! Rich and full bodied with dark chocolate, burnt toffee and hints of espresso. This heavy hitter will warm you up on any cool night.
Cathedral Vanilla Porter
$15Dark roasted and chocolate malts give this porter hints of coco and coffee. The addition of vanilla bean make it incredibly smooth and drinkable!
Lager

$15A traditional German Bock, this lager is medium bodied with a nice hop finish due to the German Saaz hops. Prost.
IPA
topImplosion with Blueberry IPA
$25Made special for Brunch-a-Palooza and you. Hoppy, smooth and refreshingly blue. Hints of blueberry blend perfectly with Belma and Cascade hops.
Red Desert IPA
$15A rich, medium body IPA. Caramel malts give it an amber color and nice malt backbone. Cascade & Simcoe hops offer orange peel and citrus with a slight hop bitterness.
Implosion IPA
$15A light to medium bodied American IPA. Belma and Cascade hops give it a mild resinous citrus finish.
Implosion with Pineapple IPA
$25Standard Implosion infused with pineapple. Light sweet pineapple enhances the hops.
Implosion with Mango IPA
$25Same body as standard Implosion. It has a light mango flavor that compliments the hops.
P.I.A. IPA
$25This “Pain in the Ass” IPA is light in cooper in color with a nice malt backbone. Cascade, Nugget and Belma hops give it a citrus taste that make it a complex beer which offers hints of orange zest. It is a smooth beer with an unexpected finish.
Amber

Red Bonnet Amber Ale
$15This ale finishes like a lager. Amber-red in color and delicious. This one gives you caramel and malts with a hint of cherries.
Seasonal
topThe Rev Belgian Tripel
$25Coming in at 8.5 ABV, this tripel is true to style. It is mild yet tangy with hints of clove and fruit. This is super limited and a must try.
The Rev Belgian Dubbel
$25This is a traditional Belgian dubbel. It is golden amber in color with a great malt backbone and flavors of toffee and caramel.
Bourbon Aged Imperial Cave Stout
$25Whiskey Aged Red Bonnet Amber
$25The Red Bonnet aged in a whiskey rye barrels. This beer sports notes of oak and whiskey. If you love whiskey, this one is for you.
