#10 Anna’s Ananas
Fruityboom a la Pineapple ABV: 5.5%
With buckets of oats and bushels of barley this historic beer from ‘der Nederlanden’ has just enough wheat and spice to keep us honest. We then threw all of that away, added fruit and soured it…and as they say, ‘Pride goeth before destruction and then boom goes the fruit’.
#11 Drachenweizen
Helles Weizenbier mit Drachenfrucht ABV: 4.6%
MAGENTA!!! Simply, a traditional pale hefeweizen with dragon fruit from Hesse. MAGENTAAA!!! Technically a fruit beer, I mean there IS a lot of fruit but lets not monkey about, the only point of using a very $$$$ like dragon fruit is that color bruh!! MA-GEN-TA!!! Chewy wheat malt and spice. Pink gatorade, red currant, fresh pears with a hint of banana finishing wicked bright with a sweet orange peel zip to the end. MAGENTA!? MAGENTA!!
#12 Sleeves are Bullsh*t
DDH Hazy IPA ABV: 6.4%
Toss me a tankini. Sling me a stringy. Huck me a halter. Hurl me a high-vis.
Chuck me a canuck. Fling me a floater. Cast me a cami. Put me a puffer. Hell, even toss me a tube. No sleeves allowed. This hazy is super pale and uber bright. Screaming with ruby red grape fruit and passion fruit, pink guava and lychee, fresh nectarines and peach skin grip in the middle finishing clean and pithy.
#13 Claw-foo-tea
Balaton Cherry Ale with Mexican Vanilla and Lemon ABV: 5.1%
Straight from the sunny green hills of central France this is a twist on the traditional Clafoutis dessert. With approximately 16 tart cherries per pint she rips cherry but has the ever loving support of bright lemon zest and deep Mexican vanilla. By far from being sweet, she finishes off-dry with a hint of marshmallow and toasted malt. Bright, sunny, cherry-y.
#14 Polish Pole polish
Smoked Baltic Porter ABV: 8.3%
The least Portery of all Porters as its a big boy! An alternative? THE alternative to the English Imperian Stout, these ‘Baltics’ are always a bit less agro making them a bit more dangerous. About as common as a frown in Poland (ubiquitous), this bobr kurva here is a twist on your traditional Baltic porter. Containing both oak-smoked wheat and proper beech-smoked rauchmalt, this thing is deep, dark and malty. Notes of whole wheat toasty bread and rum raisin, Italian roast coffee and smokey goodness with some spicy and floral hops in the middle and a super smooth lagery finish yet strong enough to add grace and confidence to mentally polish any Pole.
#15 Drink Up Luckers
NITRO Irish Extra Stout ABV: 5.1%
The middle bro of the traditional Irish stout. This fella is richer, hoppier and roastier than your typical Nitro stout and punches well above its moderate weight. Little brother all grown up and ready for a proper craic. Slawnchers!!!
#16 Pongs Like Brekkie
NITRO Golden Scottish Breakfast Stout ABV: 5%
Colombian coffee, Ecuadorian cocoa nibs, ope…there’s some maple, lactose from a moo cow, three types of barley, two of oats, even the malted type, a bit of wheat, some rye too… French toast, oatmeal and Malt-O-meal with maple syrup and cream. Calling this a ‘stout’ is more of a Nom de Guerre than beer style but hey, it’s on NITRO!!

#2 Patersbier
Belgian Enkel/Patersbier ABV: 4.6%
The lightest and smallest of the Trappist-style ales and the only one to forego the heavy additions of sugars for which these beers are known. The daily drinking beer that has only recently been released to the public was made only for the Monk’s and ensured they had sustenance yet with the moderate alcohol ensured they weren’t getting all tipsy.
#3 Underestimatorinator
San Diego DDH IPA ABV: 8.8%
Straight from ‘Sun Diego’ county, this bare bones DDH DIPA is made with 100% Minnesota malt and 100% Deep Cut Cascade hops from Crosby Farms. These bad boys were left to mature on the bine which nearly doubled their stankability.
#4 Everyone Hates Caillou
French Spelt Farmhouse Ale with Orange Blossom Honey ABV: 6.3%
A twist on your favorite French seasonal beers. Featuring rich and nutty spelt and super aromatic Mexican orange blossom honey, this lady has loads of chewy biscuits, apricots, Bosc pear and rose petals. Super bright, mouthfilling but dry. Perfect to drink on its own, or as the base for more exotic combinations.
#5 The Ocho
Monastic-Style Dubbel with Fig ABV: 7.1%
aka St Wabasha 8. Although our ‘8’ has a good whack of fig in it, it is very much a traditional Trappi$t-style dubbel which they very much frown upon anyone suggesting. Reddish brown and malty. Loads of dark fruit and rum. Ginger with a spicy middle and finishing with a hint of pumpernickel and very digestible. She's quiet smooth and complex but at 7% tread careful because she's dangerous.
#6 Fünfhundertdreiunddreißig
Kölsch-Style Ale ABV: 5.2%
The inspiration for this unfiltered Kölsch comes straight from the Innenstadt and the Fahrt to the topf of the Kölner Dom. To earn your bier hier, you don't need those 533 treacherous steps up and 533 trifflin ass Stufen back down as you do da. Just say, ‘Ein Fünfhundertdreiunddreißiger bitte!’. Einfacher und näher!! Made entirely of German Weyermann malt and Saphir hops, this beer’s elegant malt backbone is of toasted bread crust and pure pilsner malt. A gentle balance of spicy hops and meadow flowers with viel tinned mandarin orange and fine weißer tea through the finish. She’s crisp, clean and delicate, made to be “schluck’d” to your hertz content!
#7 Cerveza Del Sol
Nueva Lager Mexicana ABV: 4.6%
Think of your cerveza favorita and just turn it up to once. This güerrito is made not made with your standard flaked maize but with 30% masa harina!! Notes of fresh tortillas, spice, pils malt and water crackers with a gentle touch of hoppy citrus peel on the bright, and crisp finish. Sol was born to pair with tacos, or tequila, or tequila and tacos! OR MEZCAL! Especially mezcal.. ¿Sabes Mezcal? Add a lime? Add some salt? ¿Por que no los dos?? Absolutely! !Aquí no hay reglas!!
#9 The Seltz
Hard Seltzer ABV: 5%
